Together with his very talented team, Thomas Kooijman – top 10 most promising Dutch chefs of 2019, according to Gault Millau – cooks seasonal chef’s menus. Menus with triggering beer-food combinations. The beers are always in the lead by creating the treats. Nevertheless, the dishes are put together in such a way that they also match well with our wide selection of wines by glass or bottle.

At Bar Alt we serve 4, 6 or 7 course chef’s menus, which can change on a daily base.

The traditional French cuisine is the centre of our universe, during summer times we have more Mediterranean influences, in the fall and winter we serve more Dutch and Belgium style dishes, with a little influence from the Nordic cuisine. 

Each dish has its own beer pairing. The beers are carefully seleted by our sommeliers and Two Chefs Brewing.
