Together with his very talented team, Thomas Kooijman – top 10 most promising Dutch chefs of 2019, according to Gault Millau – cooks seasonal chef’s menus. Menus with triggering beer-food combinations. The beers are always in the lead by creating the treats. Nevertheless, the dishes are put together in such a way that they also match well with our wide selection of wines by glass or bottle.
The traditional French cuisine is the centre of our universe, during summer times we have more Mediterranean influences, in the fall and winter we serve more Dutch and Belgium style dishes, with a little influence from the Nordic cuisine.
With the upcoming restrictions it is likely only our terrace can be open. Due to the Dutch weather we have chosen not to serve our Fine Dining menu.
What we can serve is a menu especially created for our Terrace and Lunch. The menu is created in our own identity but with a more accessible character.
